software download problem

So, after having some software issues, I have to re-install windows 8. And everything is gone(I think I did something wrong, not really sure), all I have now is normal windows 8, I want it to be like the factory state. Then, I went to dell.com>my account>my software>Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads). BUT, after clicking that link, I get a run time error(in the picture). Thus, what can I do to get back my factory installed software???

Hi,

Did you install the drivers after you finished installing Windows 8? If not, install them in the order specified in this article.

Hi,

I've tried different browsers and still the page (Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads)) is not working.

How can I download factory installed software considering my laptop hard disk crashes and I bought a brand new replacement?

Thanks

Seems server is down. I kinda doubt there is anything you need there anyway (maybe just an old version of Roxio or PowerDVD).

Instead, see these:
