All,
l got my new Alienware Alpha today. When I started it up, it took me directly to the desktop? And I don't know how to switch to the Console Mode?

Do you have the HiveMind Interface software installed (you check this in Programs and Features)? If not, install it and restart the system. Click here for the HiveMind software download link.
