unfortunately the 14 inch model has a soldered on video card and isn't upgradeable ... any upgrade would require a new motherboard but I believe the 765 is the largest card available ...
As pointed out above by 89fordprobee, the Alienware 14 has a built-in discrete video card (the NVIDIA graphics card is welded to the Motherboard). So, there's no option to change video card unless you replace the entire Motherboard.
In this case, there's no option to upgrade because the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M is fastest configuration supported by this model.
