Alienware 17 R3 Command Center Not Compatible [WORKING SOLUTION]

Had a new motherboard GPU and CPU for my Alienware 17 R3 I7-6820HK

I reinstalled Windows 10 and command center said not compatible like below (in the picture)

Spent all day on phone will Dell they couldn't diagnose and reinstalled Windows 10 again. Last night I downgraded to 8.1. I have been trying everything and literally the fix to stop this from happening is after the motherboard was replaced you need to input your service tag into the BIOS

Then it detects that this is an Alienware laptop and boom command center works

So happy as spent all weekend on this and think I have found the fix for anyone will encounter this
