Alienware 17 R3 i7 6820HK 100% CPU USAGE when playing games!!!! Help

I own a Alienware 17 R3 Laptop with NVIDIA 980m Graphics Card. So last week I was playing CS:GO (a game that is very basic interms of graphics) and I noticed some stuttering in my frames I wasn't sure what the problem was until I checked the Task Manager. I saw that CS:GO is using 96% to 100% of my CPU. I updated my Bios and all of my drivers but I still have the same problem. I tried several games and they all use from 90% to 100% of my CPU. I made sure that nothing else is working on the background (accourding to the Task Manager). Every time I play my Laptop, the fans get very loud. My Laptop was fine a week ago and I have changed nothing on it. I tried everything I could to fix it, and I am now worried that my PC is going to break. Please help.

this happens usually when the games use the intel 530 and the CPU has to work extra hard. Older titles games are sometime do this.

Are you sure your game are using the correct GPU/980M? open up nvidia control panel and make sure your games are using the 980M instead of the Intel GPU.
