Alienware 17 r4 backlit keyboard not working
Hi, Can anyone help my backlit keyboard is not lighting up, neither is the Alienware Head on the lid of the laptop.
Every time I start alienware fx I get this message.
the device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system. Do you want to remove this device from the current theme?
I tried unplugging my external mouse and anything else I have plugged in.
No Events found!

Make sure the BIOS is up to date.
