Alienware AlienFX Controller has stoppped working

Hi at all people of Alienware Club, today my Alienware has encountered an error. I have an Alienware x51 r3 and when today i booted it, the left side led of my pc was turned off. I tried to restart it, but the error was the same. Then i went to the command center to change color to see if it works; it worked, but my AlienFX Controller has crashed/has stopped working. Every time now i change the color it just crash and the command center will glitch: the corners will be the color i selected after the crash and the preview color is the color after i change it from the controller (and the best thing is that the color won't change! It changes only from the command center and if it changes the command center controller crashes anyway).

This is the log of the reliability monitor (sorry for the italian part):

Hello,

This may be some sort of glitch with the Alienware Command Center application, we recommend reinstalling the Command Center. Uninstall it first from the Programs and Features list. Restart the system and install it again. Click here for the Command Center download link. After reinstalling it, test the lights to confirm if they work properly.
