Alienware features not working at all (Command Center, etc...)
So yesterday Windows requested me to update itself, but something went wrong and then my PC couldn't start at all.
So I did a system recovery, and as usual, it had deleted all of my softwares.
So I got to Dell's website, download command center and etc... but it doesn't work!
It's annoying me, especially because I can't turn off AlienFX.
Do you guys have any suggestion or a link to download a good version of Alienware Command Center?

I have the same problem. After the update the computer locked up on the Alienware Boot screen and did not finish starting. I unplugged the power cable, and restarted again. This time it booted normally, but I'm getting no lighting from the side panel lights. The power button light isn't responding to any color changes.

The command center software is working on my system again. Shut the computer down, and unplugged the power cable. As soon as I started it back up the side panels lit up. Once I got into Windows, I had full control of the light colors.
