Bluescreen because of Kernel Power 41
Hello Community,
I'm looking for help, because my new alienware 17 R2 is constantly crashin to a blue screen. With the blue screen viewer I see that i have a Kernel-Power-Problem. You can see a report below, which is sadly in german but i hope the important parts can be understood. I would be very glad, if someone could offer advice.

Hi,
Make sure your system is running the latest Bios firmware, click here for the download link. Try uinstalling both the Intel and Nvidia drivers first. Install the Intel driver listed on the Dell support site. For the Nvidia driver, use the latest version from the Nvidia website. Let us know how it goes.

I tried what you suggested. Sadly the Blue screen are still occuring. Have you some other advice?

In case this is a software issue, you could doing an Alien Respawn system recovery. This will restore your system to factory settings so make sure to back up your data before trying this. Click here to view an article that explains how to use Alien Respawn.
