Maybe a clean installation of the driver will help, use this program to uninstall the driver completely and then try to install the latest version you find in the Dell support site.
Thank you for the response. I have used the display driver uninstalled multiple times and in safe mode. I have installed multiple versions of the driver. The two drivers listed on Dells site and at least 3 other versions of the NVidia GTX 880m driver. The port works, the color is washed out and the brightness is dim.

Unfortunately, the Ps4 is not on the list of fully compatible devices for this platform. Therefore, issues like this one may arise.
