HELP!!! New Alienware 18 Screen Problem!! Watermark
I bought this new alienware 18 last month. Yesterday, I find that the screen has some color like green and red are flickering, something like watermark.
This problem comes whenever I start my laptop and it goes away gradually and then it comes again, especially after shutting down and start again. I have some pictures, but dont know how to post them here.
And I tried to connect with an external screen, and it's good on external screen but not on the laptop's screen.

Confirmed! This is happening to me as well.
Did you get this fixed? Have you contacted Dell / Alienware ?
I wonder if it is from the updated graphics drivers.
A great test to demonstrate this issue: Right click the desktop background > Open "Personalize" > Choose "Desktop Background" in the lower left and scroll down to the red flower in the "Sample Pictures" section - or the "Solid Color" section below that.
Red and orange show the most flickering interference. I also see haloing of an "aqua" color as I look at gradations of light grey.

I called Dell and they sent me a technician to fix it, but unfortunately it was not fixed, and he told me to send it to Dell factory. I just send it to Dell today.
The technician tried, but he did a bad job, the screen now is even worse and the brightness are not the same on the screen after he changed the new screen, and the cover of the screen was not installed properly. Pretty upset.
Since I just sent it to Dell factory, I hope they can fix everything. But anyway, this is ridiculous I just bought this Alienware for one month, and now the problem occurs. I ll let you know how they deal with it.
