How to Clean Matte Surface?
How do I clean the matte surface of my Alienware 15? Every time my hands sweat while playing a game, it loses its matte effect.

We do not recommend using any kind of cleaner. Wet the microfiber cloth with warm soapy water, wring it out, then gently wipe the palm rest and chassis.

Yeah, i don't like soft touch surfaces for exactly this reason, they show finger oils like crazy.
What I do is shut down the laptop, then wipe it down with a microfiber cloth (like you would use for the display), usually that will lift the oils. Using a slight amount of a gentle streak free cleaner can also help cut the oils, just make sure it isn't too strong so it doesn't damage the surfaces.
