My keys for volume(F3.F4.F5) and brightness(F9,F10) not working on 15R3
Do i need some extra tweaks or software to make em work?

Make sure the OSD driver is installed.

Is the BIOS up to date?

I reinstall fresh windows with all alienware + dell updates also have the latest BIOS update ,i care about updates and volume and backlight F keys still not working at all.

I have the same problem. The keys "u" , "j" and "0" are not working...................
