alienware f310j battery

Question

hello The F310J battery of the Alienware is showing problems..  During bootup, it is saying the following message 'your battery has experienced a permanent failure' . I replaced the battery, it is showing the same warning. The battery(-ies) are charging, i can boot the machine from battery, and the device manager says everything is working properly. I disabled the adaptor warning in BIOS, but the warning keeps poping up. what shall i do? regards S

seanabc, Did you buy the replacement M17x battery (F310J = W075J) from Dell or a reseller? Have you flashed the Bios to the latest version?

hello i bought it from a reseller. i dont know how to flash the bios.. can you give me soem more informaton in that please?
