alienware scratches by using it normally.?
Hello Alienware Community!
I have a question or something to show you guys. I have some scratches on my Alienware m17x R4. Everyday I take it to school. I'm on a school to learn digital publishing. Everyday I put it in the same bag I bought with my laptop. it's the bag that's specially made for it. And in the protection bag that came with the laptop.
I first thing I saw when i opened my laptop at school was the stain or smudge, don't know how to call it. on the screen. after some cleaning and thinking i saw that is was coming from the touchpad. It was exactly that shape en the spot from the touchpad. But that's not the problem because it was easy to clean. but still strange because maybe the screen is pressing the touchpad to hard.
then after like 5 weeks of use going to school and putting it in my bag out of my bag. over and over again i saw some strange spots/scratches next to my alienware buttons above the keyboard. I think its from closing the laptop and putting it in the bag and out the bag and from using it. Why is this happening? and they are getting bigger and more and more come every week. I'm not so happy about it because I only use it normal and for school use, some gaming I clean it every week.
I would be nice if someone could help me with some tips or tell me why this is happening, how I can stop it form happening.
For the rest, I'm still happy about the performance from the laptop, but this problem makes me quite unhappy. andalso because its a really expensive system and normally this wouldn't happen to laptops with this price.

Reckk,
The one other time I saw this was due to a student overfilling the backpack causing the laptop lid to be compressed into the keyboard. The movement of walking to and from class was causing the lid to rub.

well few of the pics it almost looks like the protective plastic film is on and its bubbleing/peeling off but im sure thats been long removed and other picture looks like dirt is getting in, if you look at picture
behidn the light up keyboard you can see the dirt and sand particles, its possible this could be causing the issue since it is present and visable....
other question would be is there any visable marking or such on the screen in the low area?
as for the smudge marks, with my R1 and R2 it did the same during transport and it seems since its so close when closed the oil off your fingers when touching keys stays on keys and when closed transferes to the screen when any compression is done.
i know the R1 and R2 were heavier and so was the screen backing ....
