black screen when updating windows 10

hello,

I bought the alienware X51 last year, and I am in a big trouble now. I just received the message that I can update to windows 10, then I just did that yesterday. However, it black screened for more than 30 mins with no reaction, then I turn off the power after that. Now, I cannot  login the windows, even the safe mode. I just can see the alienware logo, then it begins to the black screen.

I wanna know if it can restore, or dell can send me the cd for windows 8.
