10% subscribe code not working

Hey guys

I want to buy a m15 r4 alienware laptop. Few days ago I was able to use the code I got from subscribing to newsletter, getting the price down to 2395.51 USD. (from 2661USD)

From yesterday that I tried I can no longer use this code on any alienware laptop.

Did you have a similar experience? (no maximum redemption or anything like that, because I can still use the code at some dell monitors with success)

Its really furstrating as the coupon doesnt exclude alienware laptops and states:
