13 R2, FHD display replacement

Hi everyone, I am trying to replace the display on my Alienware 13 R2 laptop. I want to upgrade the HD screen to the FHD screen. However, the display cable that comes with my laptop is not compatible with my display. I cannot find the FHD cable at a reasonable price and it would take weeks to ship the cable all the way from ASIA and so I was wondering if I use the QHD+ cable instead of the FHD cable for an FHD screen which I can get for cheap.
