14 R1, touchpad problem, #2
I have same problem too.
Touchpad not enable by pressing F11. I installed all of drivers but still not working.
I upgraded BIOS version to A11 but still not working.
So I downgraded to A10 but still not working.
Keyboard backlit is not working too but keyboard can type.
I can find my touchpad on device manager but it's not under "mice and other pointing devices"
I found it under "System Devices".
No Events found!

Have you resolved this issue yet? Have you tried a clean install of ALL drivers associated with the touch pad and mother board? Downgrade your drive to the last one that worked until they roll out a fix
