15 R2, Nvidia 980M, driver error 43

Question

Hi, I am Misbahur R. I buy a refurbished Laptop. My laptop model is Alienware 15 R2. There everything is perfect just my laptop graphics driver does not work. I check my driver manager and there show me 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)' I try lots of process to fix this problem but I can't. Can dell support help me out from this issue. Please. Thank you.

Unfortunately, error code 43 usually indicates a hardware failure. Make sure you are using the driver from the Dell site, you can download it from this link. Also, make sure your system is running the latest Bios version (1.6.1).
