Run the diagnostics to test all the hardware to find the problem. Tap F12 as soon as you reboot without waiting for any screen.

Run an ePSA diagnostic test by clicking F12 while restarting the computer when you see the Alienware logo. Click the option that says ePSA and comment what the errors you're getting.

Then I’d use the support assist app on your computer to do tests on the OS and make sure you have the latest version of windows by going to settings —-> Check for updates.

Make sure you run an antivirus scan as well from the windows defender app.

My mistake. When I clicked on the link you sent it took me to another website that said Made for Mac computers and then gave me a pop up saying get a free IOBit 7 Antivirus for $0.

@sprinteroz  Here’s the thing alright,

  1. That program your advertising to him is a Program made for a Mac Computer.
  2. That program also is a Malware a Program since you can’t make a Mac faster by installing a program that looks through your Personal Data.
  3. And I don’t believe that manually deleting cache files and deleting the trash bins trash requires a program that needs access to your Photos and documents

Thats a Fact right there.

Also here’s how to do it manually IN WINDOWS without the use of a Program.

Hi, I would use this program advanced systemcare free I have used it for that long, that I have forgotten how long it has been and the free version is 100% free and I always install it, even on a fresh install of windows.

Hope this helps you out.

I am not an expert, and I have a different model, but one thing came to mind:

It may sound stupid, but during a hectic / crazy day, I have done it a few times.

Make sure you aren't accidently in Power-Saving mode, especially if you are unplugging & moving the laptop, Windows 10 will sometimes put you in that mode just for the fun of it, and if you aren't actively monitoring the battery icon, you won't even notice it.

I was playing Rocket League the other day, and wondering why my performance , then I remembered to check the Power profile, and sure enough, was on Battery Saver. Switched it back to normal, and was fine.

This can be a problem if you are operating on a power saver, or low performance mode. Or else, try to clean up your registeries.

@Droid007 Just set the power plan to High performance mode.

3.5GHZ ON ALL 4 CORES AND 8 THREADS.

other than that it’s your boot media.
