Be sure to install these in safe mode via a  USB key. You have my Model! Here's the drivers =

Intel Thermal Dynamic
Intel Management Engine
Intel HM87 Chipset
Dell Airplane Mode Switch
Kionix Free Fall Sensor
BIOS A12

What are your codes? What error code are you getting?

replace the battery as well to ensure system stability.

I think you need to run a ePSA by clicking F12 when you turn on the laptop.

That watchdog error is your system agent or watchog.

Try doing a clean boot to see if any applications are causing that.

the ePSA told me that my battery was bad and thats it... when i boot in to windows my cpu is at a 100% and then it goes down to 20-30% and i had to download a program to control my fans, because they do no start till like 60 degrees...  most of the time the computer just freezes and it sometimes throws a bsod... i cheeked the problems details and there is mostly two errors 141 and 117. i'm losing hope, so if you have a answer to my problems please help...

Check the settings for updates.

then check the device manager for any errors on the devices and then download the latest drivers for your system.

You too!

Ok here’s how I did mines.

I booted into safe mode and opened the device manager.

I uninstalled the thermal dynamic platform manager and then reinstalled the one dell gave to me.

The unknown device could be the Kionx Free fall sensor or the OSD driver.

It's still freezes... I'm sorry for marking your answer as a solution... It still throws bsods at me...

I think it is the gpu... Any ideas?

Have you downloaded everything?

Are you getting a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR?

I uninstalled the thermal dynamic platform in device manager but I was in safe mode.
Have you done a clean install?

because it’s a software error instead of a hardware.

try reinstalling the drivers again like you said.

then I’d use the NVflash program to install the new bios but be precautious as this is a very difficult job to do.
