15 R2, powers off randomly in game! help

Hi, my Alienware 15 R2 totally shuts off when I'm in a game. Sometimes it's after 10 mins and sometimes it's almost immediately. My GPU temps are fine (between 50-70) and when it shuts off it WON'T let me power it back on unless I plug in the AC adapter. Even though my battery level displays as full. I tried unplugging the battery and playing AC only but it still shuts off but after a longer period (like 30-45 mins). I used SupportAssist, no problems detected. I installed all my required drivers from dell, and I checked BIOS and it said my battery is fine. I would REALLY appreciate any help, please!

Hi @Drummonded users are reporting many Boot and Shut Down problems having installed BIOS Version 1.4.4 (original or update of same version). The current BIOS is Version 1.11.0, but apparently problems continue to be inherited from the old legacy BIOS.

Please use the Dell Reliability Monitor process to try and reveal the root cause, so that it can be fixed.
