Hi @moemen_ezz welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Please visit Product Support and share an update on your Model, Revision and Operating System. Please include confirmation that AWCC and OC Controls applications continue to be in Programs & Features, and that the Alien Command Center window appears. Thank you.
The latest version for your laptop is 4.8.23.0 but if you have tried this and you're still having issues then you can try an older version and see if that fixes your problem.
It's hard to find any previous versions that are officially compatible with your system though but someone else may be able to help.
Also check that your system BIOS is up to date as this can sometimes help fix system issues. Even if it is up to date, reflashing it can help. Flash at your own risk though.
Plzz Chris a new massage appeared to me (the amount of system memory has changed . To resolve this issue try to reset memory ) .M laptop reads my 16 gigs ram perfectly .I tried to reset ram buts the massage still appears . I think I updated my bios by wrong driver the last version for bios on dell web site was 1.8 , my current bios version is 1.10 . plzzz help every thing is going to worse

Which version of AWCC are you installing?
