Support for Alienware 15 R3 Drivers & Downloads offers Older versions of AWCC. Visit Task Manager/Details and end task to stop AWCC service. Use Revo Uninstaller Free to remove AWCC and then it's Advanced Scan to completely remove AWCC, followed by Restart (not Shut Down) so that change is saved. Then install the older version of AWCC that works.

I follow your instruction. I install the universal version you show me on picture then revo all alienware command center files.

I try the command center 4.8.23.0 version not working.

Then revo all the files again. Im tryin the 4.6.16.0 not working.

Im terribly sad that program dont run on that great machine here is the pictures of the error message.

Hi @Max ritch thank you for sharing photograph of French message without English translation to assist Dell community users within this English forum. An English translation has been attempted, hope that it is technically accurate. 

Alienware AlienFX: The object reference is not set to an instance of a closed object

It seems that the windows operating system has been reinstalled on this Alienware 15 R3 aftermarket laptop and that there are corrupt system files and/or conflicts between third party applications. 

Please run SFC (System File Checker) Scan to automatically find and replace corrupt files. 

1. Click on Start button and type cmd in the search box.
2. Right-click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.
3. Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and press Enter key.

Note: Do not close the Command Prompt Window until the verification is 100% complete. The SFC scan results will be shown after this process is finished.
