15 R3, AlienFX not working

Hello,

I have an Alienware 15 R3, I have been having lots of issues with the Alienware Comand Center.

It suddenly stoped working I tried everything on the website:

- Reinstalled AWCC several times.

- Refreshed my PC a couple of times erasing everything.

I have now the following error:

"The theme you are opening is not compatible with this computer.
You will not be able to apply the theme."

I click OK and when I select a color I appears the following:
