15 R3, Terrible customer service

I bought my son a Dell Alienware 15 R3 for Christmas, since our purchase we have had over 30 support tickets and have had to have the motherboard replaced.   Today it was determined that once again, the motherboard would need to be replaced.

I asked the rep, at what point is it determined that this is just a bad machine and they should replace it.   I could hear, the person reading from script not trying to address my issue.  He repeatly talked about the warranty and stating since it was outside the 30 day window since the last time the motherboard had to be replaced; "it did not fall in the line of being replaced".    I asked to speak with a manager, guess what, she read the same script to me, word for word.  Neither the support rep or the manager would not even acknowledge the feedback I was providing them.   Just kept reading from the script, no matter what I said, back to the script.

I work in the software and hardware business, I have for over 25 years and this is the worse customer service I have ever received.    I fully understand that some times, stuff happens and support reps and even support managers have to follow corporate policy.  But, when the replies are so cold and so robotic it loses all value.  Dell had and still has a chance to make things right by me.  But I'm very close to moving from a person who has recommended Dell, to both end-users and corporate clients for serves to someone who will never recommend a Dell machine again.
