15 R3, backlit keyboard not working, #2
I too have the same problem. I am not able to change the keyboard profile color. Stuck with my old profile color. Updated my BIOS from 1.7.0 to 1.9.0. My command center version is 4.8. My laptop model is alienware 15 R3. Could you please help me out on this?
