Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not know of a USB C/Thunderbolt that can work with all of these devices. Also, that type of port will not charge the laptop, only the standard AC adapter.

Which of the devices in the OP's list did you think would create a problem?

USB-C/TB3 uses the USB Power Delivery spec, which only formally supports up to 100W.  Dell is doing something proprietary with their USB-C/TB3 docks that allows them to supply 130W to Dell systems that use it (like the XPS 15), but the Alienware 15 R3's power requirements are too far beyond that to make it work.  Dell has a newer TB18DC dock that can supply up to 210W, but it achieves that by plugging into two TB3 ports simultaneously and has a connector that is meant to fit certain systems that have their TB3 ports arranged a certain way, like the Precision 7x30 models.

But in terms of your requirements, is the graphics tablet an actual display or just a drawing surface?  Even if it's a display, if it uses USB-A then it wouldn't be controlled by the GPU, so it wouldn't be factored into GPU display limits or DisplayPort bandwidth limits.  For Bluetooth peripherals, you'd pair those with your system rather than the dock, so that's not a factor either. That leaves a 4K display, an HDMI 1080p display, Ethernet, and miscellaneous USB peripherals.  Any TB3 dock that can handle more than one 4K display, which is most of them, and includes USB ports and wired Ethernet would be able to handle that.  Dell makes a TB16 dock that ticks all of those boxes, but there are third-party options available too.  Note that if you get the TB16, there's no point paying extra for the larger 240W AC adapter option since you won't be able to charge your system from the dock anyway, so you might as well just get the 180W version.
