15 R3, fails to boot after update

Hi All,

Hoping someone has had a similar issue recently, I've read up on the forums from 2018 with the BOIS update causing boot up and shut down issues. Without success, thus far I have tried:

 - Holding Ctrl + Enter and choosing Restore BIOS + Restore BIOS to default

 - Hold F8 - then go into F2 and F12 setups, have tried Windows Boot Manager, tried disabled secure boot and allowing a legacy boot to enable.

- Unplug battery and drain power and reboot

All still result in the same issue with either a blank (but powered) screen or the alienware logo frozen on "please wait".

Is there any way to get back to a system restore image or similar? I found a post that described acheiving this via the Windows Boot Manager however my system freezes before getting anywhere.

Have run the diagnostics and all hardware continue to test as though there is no issues.
