Hi. I use alienware 15r3, touchpad buttons is not working. what's error?

Hi @NBach,
Make sure the BIOS version and the touch-pad driver are up to date.

I updated touchpad driver and Bios but It still not working. ( used Alienware update and Alienware command center to check)
