15 R4, AW2521HF, AW510K keyboard latency issue

Question

I purchased an Alienware Keyboard 510K recently. I have connected it to my Alienware 2521 HF monitor which is connected to my Alienware R4 15. I am facing a lot of latency issues and the mouse (Alienware 610M) which is connected to the USB port in the keyboard also doesn't work at times. One press of key at times forwards the character 25 times.

I have updated the firmware. The laptop is up to date with all updates installed. What could possibly be the problem?

Please assist me with this. It's really annoying to purchase a keyboard for $150 and it turns you mad.

Please help me with some solutions.

Try this testing =

* Disconnect the AW510K keyboard from the AW2521HF USB 3.0 downstream port
* Reconnect the AW510K keyboard directly to the 15 R4 left side USB 3.1 Gen 1 port or rightside USB 3.1 Gen 1 port
* Retest the AW510K keyboard. What are the results?
