15 R4, BIOS 1.7.0, cannot install AWCC

Hello,

I have an Alienware 15 R4 / Win10. The Alienware Command Center recommended an urgent update to my BIOS. I flashed my system with BIOS 1.7.0. After the restart the Command Center kept crashing as soon as it was opened. I went through an uninstall, following the instructions for manually deleting any residual files. I'm attempting reinstall the software and keep receiving a "Error: - 1603 Fatal Error during installation".

I admit I'm a little novice from a technical perspective but I attempt to review the verbose installation log and I think this is the point of failure. Any help will be greatly appreciated
