Hi @Thedai12 welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support. 

Thank you for sharing diagnostics results. SupportAssist makes a bland statement "Boot failure on device". Other diagnostics say the Windows operating system as a fault. When next in Windows, run Check Disk to find and automatically correct file errors on the NVMe OS(C:) boot drive. The root cause of this problem is Event 77 PrintBRM.exe, so its probably a corrupt driver on port for external printer.
