15 R4, driver issues
I have a 15 r4. After a recent fiasco with himachi somehow deleting my Killer wireless wifi drivers, I did a full factory reset. Now even using the wifi driver downloaded from the page about my computer, they won’t install. I cannot use wireless wifi and I don’t have an Ethernet cable though the driver for that still work. So if anyone is able to give me any help I would really appreciate that.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Hi @Bob joe thank you for sharing your install Dell driver problem.
Alienware 15 R4 Drivers & Downloads includes click on [Check for Updates] box, which will automatically customise and download drivers for you.
However do not select the BIOS updates, these must be manually applied consecutively (one by one), and not jump to the most recent version. You may decide not to update BIOS if system has overclocking CPU that you do not want disabled by Dell.
