15 R4, keyboard issues

Hello, I recently bought an Alienware 15R4 with an 1070OC but shorty after i used it i noticed the keyboard sometimes is disabled. When this happens i have to reconnect the KB connector on the mainboard... This is not a problem at all but i expect a little more from a 2000+ euro laptop. When i am at work and this happend i dont have the tools to do it, so i will have to find an external keyboard. I reported this by the costumer service and they did replace the mainboard of the laptop. I used the laptop again for about 2 weeks now, and it happend again at home. So i opened the laptop and disconnected and reconnected the KB cable again and the keyboard did work just fine again. Is there anything i can do about this to not let this happen? Because i dont like to carry the whole time my screwdrivers with me to open the laptop everytime. Also after the replacement of the mainboard there is a gab between the housing where near the palm rest which is anoying since you hear a click everytime i put my palm there. I hope someone has an solution for this because i did not bought this laptop for disassemble it everytime. And also there is some anoying coilwhine on under the left side under the keyboard, but that is something for another post.
