15 R4, not turning on

Hi folks,

I tried turning my laptop on this morning and it flat out didn’t boot. After some googling and plugging it back in, I did a power drain to see if that would fix things. It didn’t, but when I press the power button now, the lights turn off and on for awhile and then the alien head goes red and the window displays a Real Time Clock Error. However, the computer turns off after a few seconds so I can’t click on anything.

How hosed am I?
