17 R3, error code 2000-0142

I received an error code 2000-0142 after making a test for my Aliewnware 17.3 .

how can I solve this ?

If you still have warranty on the computer, you could contact Dell Technical Support in the link below and request a free hard drive replacement.

Any update arowaily ? The computer is up and running again? You replace the hard drive with a new one ?
