17 R3, plugged in, not charging

Question

Hello Guys, Recently about a week ago, My Laptop stopped charging and keeps saying ' Plugged in - not charging' I tried Different Chargers but the problem is still there. I tried all the online tutorial to fix this issue but it is not fixing. I have tried everything but I feel this issue is due to recent update because I ran all the tests and no issues were found with my computer. it just won't charge.after 64 %. I can use it without charger but after I run out of battery I can only recharge it till 62-64 then it keeps giving me plugged in not charging error.   Battery attached : 41167 Compal PABAS0241231

I have the same issue with my old 17 R2, which stops charging after 72%. People in the form says it's a battery issue, which need a battery re-calibration or swap a new battery.
