SOLVED!
"Go to the start menu and type "Run" then in the run program type "msconfig" then boot, then advance and then change the cores running."

How do i change the cores in "msconfig" option?

Tick the "Number of Processors" box and set it to the maximum number.
If the problem happens again later, do the opposite (untick the box).
