This web page has some suggestions that may help. I notice that you cloned Windows in one instance and also did a recovery but you did not state whether you actually did a clean install. I would backup the drive then try a clean install. I lean toward either incompatible RAM (a RAM conflict) or it could be a CPU problem. CPU problems can be very erratic and tough to nail down.

Please run windows Reliability Monitor to see the critical events that blue screens create. Hopefully they all say the same root cause and Microsoft error code. How to use Windows Reliability Monitor to identify software issues | Dell US To find fix/solution, look on internet for similar root cause and Microsoft error code. 

If POST (power-on self-test) hardware diagnostic says there is a memory problem, reseating the RAM cards is the usual fix. If more than one RAM card, installing card into different slot could reveal if RAM has failed.
