Do not allow windows update to update your drivers. Uncheck that option in advanced settings on the Update page. Dell customizes your laptop drivers for your exact model so any updates--which are rare--must come from Dell. Check this page for your original drivers-- Reinstall the original drivers for Realtek.
Don't select any optional drivers from Windows Update if they are offered.
