If the system is still in warranty, you can send me a private message with the Service Tag so I can assist you further. If not, you can try by replacing the parts yourself or call our out of warranty department at 866 287 6727 opt#4 for more repair options.
Hi I have the same problem and it's out of warranty, did you get a fix?
I have just ordered 2nd battery DC Jack and charger off eBay, worth the £70 just to try fix it. Mine is at 5% battery life now. But works fine plugged in. Hope it's not motherboard.
