If you shine a light on the display are you able to see a faint picture? If you can then it means that the LCD backlight isn't working. If you still can't see anything then your display cable may not be seated properly so you may have to pull the laptop apart and check the connector.
You can also try a system reset power drain. Unplug the power adapter and main battery and hold the power button down for 30-60 seconds.
I think Alienware will be the first and last for me. It has bugs that cannot be resolved. It shouldn't be for a high end laptop. When the warranty is over, all your money is completely wasted.

I tried all of them, none of them have images. When I look at it on the intel graphic, the internal screen seems not active and I cannot activate it.

When I tested it with a working lcd, there is no display. Could the problem be with my cable? Or is there a problem with my motherboard?
