Check and clean air vents
Provide proper ventilation
Run a hardware diagnostic test
Update the BIOS and device drivers

Thanks @AdrianG001 for helping and your guidance. I can't do that because just fans run and no display and even there is no error/beep code to check what is wrong.
In this context, please help me. I am totally stuck.

Hi @Syed Taimoor Hussain !
I highly recommend you take it to a repair shop first so if any damage happens its their fault and you don't have to pay.

For this issue I highly recommend you take it to a Best Buy or a Micro Center near you if possible.
If you know the basics to open the laptop up, then it would be fine so follow these steps:
1:Hold the power button till it fully turns off.
2. Open the bottom panel and remove the screws from it.
3. Use a suction cup to lift the bottom panel off and then you should see a colorful cable that has a white connector at the end, that is the battery and you should disconnect that.
4. After removing the battery connector, put the laptop on its side and then hold the power button for 15 seconds.
5, then plug the laptop battery back in and then connect the bottom cover of the laptop with the screws on the laptop again and plug in the charger.
6. Turn it on and see if that fixes it.

If you have Support Assist (SA) installed that might be the issue. SA updated recently and bring with it a lot of issues. Just take a look: https://www.dell.com/community/SupportAssist-for-PCs/bd-p/supportassist-pcs
To see if SA is the problem, disable some services related to SA. Do the following:
Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard, to open the Run window. Then, type "services. msc" and hit Enter or press OK. The Services app window is now open.
Find and sett the following services to manual:
Then restart the PC and see if that makes any difference.
