17 R4, how to check where the problem is?
Last week automatic Win 10 update scrambled various operations, Microsoft said its due to defective hardware? Alienware checked and updated everything I didn't, still not working, they said its an OS update problem. How do I check the problem everyone blames on someone else?

Press [Windows] and [ r ] and then type in msinfo32 and press [Enter]. Let us know the OS Name, OS version, BIOS version, SMBIOS version, BIOS Mode and Secure Boot State.
Then power down your Alienware. When powering up press [F12] and run preboot diagnostics with any extended tests.
