Got in contact with chat support, we did a remote assist and they did a quick stress test on the GPU. All four CPU cores went up to 100c and the GPU went up to 101c. They said I'm approved for a replacement heatsink, so they'll be coming and replacing it.

101C on a GPU? I've never heard about that before.

Is the issue present from when you bough the laptop?

Are the fans spinning at their max speeds?

Generally heating issue might be due to problem with thermal paste or fans.

I had the same problem with my dell Inspiron 5577 gaming and showed them stress test screenshots and asked them to just repaste thermal paste but they replaced 2 fans, heatsink and repasted with new thermal paste.

After that issue was solved.

Ask dell tech to repaste the thermal paste always when motherboard or heatsink is replaced otherwise you will face overheating issues for sure as there will be air gaps between heatsink and the processor(which should actually be filled with thermal paste).
