17 R4, poor performance playing games, extremely low FPS

I have this 17 R4 (GTX 1070) for a quite long time,  (since 2018 I guess),  and was always able to play all sort of games on it,  without any problems..  even using HIGH video profiles.  My preferred games where always BF1 and BF V.

But,  due time constraints,  I was not able to paly during 2019.  So several months has passed,  performing windows updates, BIOS,  and new video drivers updates, etc..

But , for the last 3 months, I have tried to play the games again , but with no success..  I started to experience very low FPS performance during the games, 40 FPS in avg,  but when things get hotter during the game,  with more activity nearby,  the game hangs for a while and FPS goes down bellow 5FPS during small intervals of 2s to 5s.

For the last 3 months, I have been searching on Forums like this and others,  tips to troubleshoot my system, and have tried several approaches,  but none fixed it. Boost CPU on BIOS,  playing with LOW resolution video profiles,  disabled Gsync,  restarted PC in boot clean mode,  etc, etc...  none effective.

I have no idea where the issue is,  and very disappointed as I bought this expensive PC exactly to avoid this kind of situation, but here I am.

I have performed Dell Video stress test,  and it pass successfully.

Need assistance to get my system back to normal.

I have the same issue as here. It ran perfectly for the first 6-12 months of me having it, and now it . I get 40-50 fps in games if I'm lucky, and there are always constant frame drops in addition to the low frames. I have asked the company countless times, and they literally do nothing in the terms of reaching out to me to try to fix the problem. It's almost as if they expect their hardware to do this, as the first time I reached out, (13 months after I bought the laptop), they said it must have been faulty hardware so they recommended I just buy a new one (this was while I was still paying for their protection program.) I pretty much just haven't been able to play games at a competitive level for a year and a half because of this company with even worse customer support. I really don't have a lot of money, and can't really afford to buy anything new, so I am just really upset with this company. Anyways, I hope by some miracle, you are able to get help from them.
