17 R4, some keys not working, #8

Now i can confirm that this is just a software issue of Alienware and not hardware. Several R4 reported similar not functioning buttons - `, F3, F12 and Page Up. Fix this Dell, its impossible we have similar not functioning keyboard buttons if this is an hardware issue.
