No solution here? When it shows SupportAssist during booting. It always informs Fan failed to respond correctly. But both of my fans are working correctly. Cause I have tried to re-upgraded and both fans work well. I use my laptop and if it is hot then both fans will be triggered and work well. Even after that, I go into "diagnose" and run to check my fans but all passed. I dont know why SupportAssist couldn't trigger Fan check during booting. I went to Dell service in Vietnam, they just said verbosely that all need to be replaced. Not checking seriously. Not even try to open my laptop to see. And just inform me the price to replace all that I dont want to hear anymore. What a worst service. No supportive and no helpful information for these.

Hello there. Thank you for checking in. The original problem was solved with the boot. The killer popup i still there but I can live with it for now.
